Nomad Culinary brings dining to your doorstep, workplace, or private venue. We offer custom menus for any occasion. Scratch kitchen style cooking allows us to utilize the freshest ingredients in season to ensure the best quality for each and every bite. We look forward to making your event one to remember!

Not Your Average Caterer

Clients come to us for our versatility and fully customizable menus. Almost all of our dishes can be made into passed appetizers, small plates, family style, buffets, and plated entrees.

We make 99% of our food from scratch, including stocks, pierogies, sauces, and raviolis. Making almost everything from scratch allows us to provide a unique style that other caterers cannot match.

Service

The best events are not just comprised of great food, but outstanding service as well. Our carefully selected kitchen staff includes past and present executive chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen managers; while our service staff includes restaurant managers, servers, and bartenders. We also take care to stagger our staff throughout events to keep as much money in the clients pocket as possible without sacrificing guests experience.

We could not have been any happier than we were when we chose Nomad Culinary to cater our wedding!!! Chris and Amanda's attention to detail and service goes above and beyond what you might expect from a traditional caterer. Our wedding tasting was such a tease for the main event, and we were not disappointed! Our food was absolutely delicious!!! It was served fast, hot, and with a smile!!! We received so many compliments from our guests. This is not your average chicken cutlet, potato, and veggie type of meal, this is real food. If you are looking for that menu I would still suggest using Nomad Culinary because I know Chris will make it better than anything you've had before!!!!

They customize the menu to literally whatever you want and give you many interesting options. They are affordable and also offer great ideas for presenting the food custom to your event. We had the pleasure of being surprised with Chris and Nomad Culinary coming to our home for a "surprise" birthday dinner for Scott! We enjoyed all of the unique wonderful dishes, especially the Italian "egg rolls"! The 30 layer almond crusted cake was fabulous!!! We were sooo full we had to save half for the next day.
